MEET THE CEO
F. Nazir Hill serves as the president and chief executive officer of Complete Facility Services, LLC (CFS). Nazir has over 25 years of experience in finance, leadership and operations.
Under his leadership, CFS has obtained numerous licenses, certifications, and a fast-growing minority small business enterprise (MBE). He has guided CFS and his management team to achieve CIMS-GB (Green Building) certification with honors, one of the few firms in the state of Georgia to achieve this distinction. Since quality and management is extremely important to Nazir, he has also led his management team and staff to achieve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) certification to emphasize the importance of quality control for CFS clients. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was responsible for bringing in and implementing strong systems, safety protocols, highly-skilled labor force, work continuity policies, and necessary inventory to ensure the safety and well-being of the companies staff, clients and their customers. He is responsible for overseeing the continued growth, quality of service, and management and staff with over 25 years of combined experience.
Nazir sits on the board of directors’ as assistant vice president treasurer for Armed Forces Communications and Electronics (AFCEA) and serves on the small business committee for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). He is also a Georgia ambassador for Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business alumni.
Nazir holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Southern University at New Orleans and is pursuing a finance management certificate at Cornell University. Nazir enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He is passionate about exercising, reading, and participating in charitable events.

Incorporated in the state of Georgia in 2012, we began providing janitorial, grounds maintenance, waste management and restoration services to various industries throughout the Southeast region and beyond.
